I'm Silas and I have been part of the Palace community since 1997. While a lot has changed over the years — from servers and software to the faces we see online — one thing has always remained the same: the creativity and heart of this community.
PChat Events was created to celebrate that spirit — a place to highlight PalaceChat openings, themed rooms, and community gatherings, all in one place. Whether you’re a long-time Palace veteran or someone discovering it for the first time, this site is here to help you find, promote, and relive the best moments happening across the Palaces.

Founded and curated by longtime Palace user Silas, the site was built to reconnect the community, spotlight its most imaginative creators, and make it easier for everyone to discover and attend live Palace events.

NEW YEAR'S EVE GATE CONTEST
Show off your best New Year’s Eve–themed Gate and help ring in the new year in style. Design any type of landing room you want — cinematic, cartoonish, retro, futuristic, cozy, abstract, or anything in between.
Your Gate just needs to clearly represent New Year’s Eve in your own creative way. Ball drops, countdown clocks, sparkles, confetti, fireworks, midnight vibes — whatever fits your aesthetic. Animations are encouraged but never required.

Opens: Friday, November 28
Closes: Friday, December 19
Tour & Voting
Tour opens & voting begins: Wednesday, December 26
Tour & voting end: Friday, January 2
Winner Announcement
When: Friday, January 9 at 9:00 PM EST

CONTEST RULES & REQUIREMENTS:
The Gate must clearly follow a New Year’s Eve theme, but the style can be anything — cinematic, cartoonish, retro, futuristic, abstract, or completely original. Animations are allowed but not required.
Each palace may enter only one Gate. The Gate must be accessible, load correctly, and be set at the palace for the entire tour and voting period.
No explicit sexual content, hate imagery, politics, or religion. Adults-only palaces are allowed, but the Gate itself must remain within general community standards so the tour is comfortable for everyone.
VOTING
Voting will be conducted by a panel of 3 judges as well as by palace user votes.
